School Hire

Located along Marston Ferry Road in central Oxford, The Cherwell School is proud to welcome the local community to hire our high-quality facilities. Spanning two main sites, we offer versatile spaces for sports, learning, performance, and special events. All facilities feature ample on-site parking and support from our friendly, dedicated staff.

North Site: OX2 7EE
South Site (includes The Cherwell School Clubhouse): OX2 7EF

Available Facilities

Sports & Outdoor: Floodlit 3G Artificial Grass Turf (AGT) pitch, grass fields/pitches, tennis courts, gymnasiums, and changing rooms.

Creative & Events: Main hall with stage, Cherwell School Clubhouse, dining hall, drama studios, and music spaces.

Academic & Business: Network classrooms and Chromebook Suites, art rooms, libraries, meeting rooms, and plenty of classrooms!

Booking Hours (Open 7 days a week)

Term Time: Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 22:00
Weekends & School Holidays: 08:00 – 22:00
Note: Extended bookings (16:30–17:00 or 22:00–00:00) may be accommodated upon request via our messaging system. All bookings that take place after 22:00 or on bank holidays incur an additional charge.
