The Cherwell School is excited to announce that we are working towards the Investor in Careers Quality Award. The DfE statutory guidance (January 2018) strongly recommends schools achieve a Quality in Careers Award to demonstrate the quality of their CEIAG provision. This award will showcase our commitment to students to provide them with an outstanding Careers Provision that meets all of the eight Gatsby benchmarks. It will look carefully at our Careers Education programme from Year 7 to 13 and our partnerships with businesses, colleges and universities.
The Investor in Careers Award is about improving students’ awareness of opportunities, raising their aspirations and working with them to ensure they achieve their full potential.
