Create/edit the system to include the following:
1. The signal
- The signal should be red when the barrier is up
- When the train approaches (input 1) the barrier should go down
- The light should then go green
- The train passes (input 2)
- The light goes red
- The barrier lifts
2. The 'traffic' lights
- Make the traffic lights flash when the barrier is about to go down,
while it is down, and while it is being lifted
